Makcon is an environmental and construction small business, we do lead-asbestos, indoor air quality, dry cleaning investigation, ecological endangered species, wetland delineation and environmental site assessment. Restoration and construction of small and large projects.
MGC is a certified Small Business Enterprise by DFW Minority Supplier Development Council. MGC is also a certified HUB by Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for Construction and Environmental Services.
It is managed by Elias Okoro, MPH, CIH who is the VP- Project Development. Mr. Okoro is transferring his thirty years of environmental consulting and construction to MGC.
